Terms and conditions :
1. The commission calculation period is determined on a monthly basis, commencing on the 1st day of each month and concluding on the 30th or 31st day of the respective month
2. Commission payments will be made on the 5th day of each month
3. The commission paid shall be net of tax deductions in accordance with the applicable regulations
4. The term of this cooperation agreement shall be for a duration of one (1) year, effective from January through December of the applicable year
5. This cooperation agreement shall be reviewed at the end of each year to determine the continuation or extension of the cooperation for the subsequent year
6. Commission Calculation Scheme :
  1. Qube Desktop
    1. Commission calculations are based on monthly sales turnover according to the following scheme :
      No Monthly Revenue (Net) Commision (%)
      1 ≤ Rp. 100.000.000 2,5
      2 Rp. 100.000.001 - Rp. 250.000.000 5,0
      3 > Rp. 250.000.000 7,5
    2. The commission paid shall apply only to the first sales transaction from each prospective client and shall follow the payment terms of the respective project
    3. In the event that the annual sales turnover reaches IDR 2.500.000.000, an additional commission of 2% of the total annual net turnover shall be provided. Payment of the annual commission shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in Point 2
  2. Qube Cloud
    1. Commission calculations are based on monthly sales turnover according to the following scheme :

    2. Commission shall be payable upon the initial subscription and the first renewal
    3. In the event that the annual sales turnover reaches IDR 250.000.000, an additional commission of 2% of the total annual net turnover shall be provided. Payment of the annual commission shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in Point 2
